How to place an order for a custom paint by numbers?
Photo Selection: Choose a photo with a good resolution: use a photo with a size of at least 2 MB. Try to crop the image to the desired aspect ratio. Avoid blurry and out-of-focus photos.

Choose the format you prefer: We offer three sizes so you can choose the one that best suits your space and ideas:
20 x 14 in: Ideal size for smaller spaces or as a gift.
20 x 20 in: A great compromise between size and detail.
28 x 20 in: The perfect choice for larger spaces where every detail stands out.
Choose with or without a frame:choose from 3 options.
With frame: Select this option if you want to have your painting ready to hang immediately. The frame will give the painting a professional look.
Without frame: If you wish to frame the painting yourself according to your taste or already have a suitable frame at home, choose this option.
Folding frame: Choose a frame that you can assemble yourself at home and adapt to your needs.
Upload a photo:Click the button to upload a photo and select the file from your device. Make sure the photo is in JPG or PNG format and has sufficient resolution to produce a high-quality image.
After the photo is uploaded, wait for a preview of your future paint-by-numbers to be generated. This process may take a few minutes, so please be patient. We assure you that the result will be worth it - you will see exactly what your painting will look like.
Confirm the selected difficulty: after the preview is generated, select the desired painting difficulty. The lower difficulty is suitable for beginners or those who prefer a quicker process, while the higher difficulty offers more detail and is suitable for more advanced painters.
Complete your order: check all the details entered, including size, frame, and difficulty. Make sure everything is in order. Then proceed to checkout and complete the order by following the instructions on the page.
2. Which difficulty level should I choose?
When choosing the degree of difficulty for your artwork in the form of paint-by-numbers, consider your experience, patience level, and desired outcome. For Beginners with low patience, we recommend choosing the low-detail option. This version offers fewer details and the artwork will be simpler, but still fun to complete. On the other hand, if you're up for more of a challenge and like to pay attention to detail, a higher level of difficulty may be more appropriate. These options include complex designs with lots of detailed parts to paint. Keep in mind, that the painting process will require more time and a higher level of patience, which means it will be more challenging to complete.
3. What does the paint-by-numbers set contain?
The paint by numbers kit contains everything you need to create your masterpiece:
Set of 3 brushes: these brushes are essential for applying acrylic paint to canvas. They come in 3 different sizes so you can tackle different details and areas of the painting.
The canvas of your chosen size: a pre-printed canvas with numbered parts that serve as the basis for your artwork. The sections correspond to the paint colors provided in the kit. You can choose between a framed or unframed option depending on your preference.
Set of 20-24 acrylic paints: the number of paints included in the set may vary depending on the complexity of the painting. These acrylic paints are specially hand-mixed for use on canvas to ensure the best possible color match.
Color guide template: this kit contains 2 guides, a numbered guide, and a guide to the finished artwork to help you match the numbered parts on the canvas to the corresponding colors. It ensures accuracy and makes the painting process easier, especially for beginners.
4. What is the quality of the colors in the paint by numbers kit?
We use high-quality non-toxic acrylic paints with very good pigmentation for better coverage, resulting in a richer look and professional artwork. We only use premium acrylic paints that meet all safety standards, making them suitable for children and adults.
5. How long should I wait after uploading a photo?
After uploading your photo, you can expect to wait approximately 3 to 5 minutes for our software to process your image and create three different previews.
Do not leave the website during this time, as the processing takes time to analyze the colors and your photo to create the previews. These previews will give you an instant visual of what your artwork will look like, so you don't have to wait to hear back from us. Your patience during this short processing period will ensure that you get the best possible result for your paint-by-numbers project.
6. What is the quality of the canvas?
Imported from Italy, this high-quality coated cotton canvas (320 g/m2) is made from cotton with a polyester blend for added durability. It is suitable for the use of acrylic paints. The canvas is painted with a high-quality, acid-free, acrylic-based gesso, which makes the canvas resistant to moisture, and retains its elasticity and long-lasting bond. No further preparation is required and you can start painting immediately after unboxing.
